It means that after texturing the quality of the silicon material is worse. That is the effect of minority carrier lifetime which is poor. Not always the best reflectance reduction leads to the best solar cells. This is alway a compromise between the opto-electronic properties.
The second problem is the nanoporous layer removal. Some simulations in FDTD and real reflectance measurements were performed.
